Whether you're raising a puppy, improving manners, building confidence, or working through behavioural challenges, there's a training program that's right for you.
My training is based on LIMA principles (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive), using science based, reward focused methods that build trust, confidence, and lasting results. I believe dogs learn best when they feel safe, understood, and motivated.
Whether you choose private training or group classes, my goal is to help you understand your dog, strengthen your relationship, and give you the skills to confidently navigate everyday life together. 5 Week Private Puppy Training (10 to 22 Weeks)
Give your puppy the best start with personalized one on one training designed to build confidence, good manners, and lifelong skills. Over 5 weeks we'll cover socialization, confidence building, engagement, basic obedience, loose leash walking, impulse control, handling exercises, and preventing common problem behaviours before they become habits. Every program is customized to your puppy's personality, learning style, and your goals. Sessions are available in your home, at our training facility, or out in the community so your puppy learns how to succeed in real life.
5 Week Private Obedience Training (6 Months and Up)
Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to improve existing skills, this personalized 5 week program is designed to help you build a calm, well mannered companion. We'll focus on loose leash walking, reliable obedience, engagement, impulse control, and learning to stay focused around everyday distractions. Every training plan is tailored to your dog's individual needs and your goals, using positive, science based methods that build trust and confidence. Sessions are available in your home, at our training facility, or out in the community to help create lasting results where they matter most.

4 Week Loose Leash Walking Program
Stop the pulling and enjoy your walks again! This personalized 4 week program teaches your dog to walk calmly on a loose leash while staying engaged and focused around everyday distractions. We'll cover leash pressure, engagement, impulse control, and real world walking skills in a variety of environments. Every program is tailored to your dog's individual needs and your training goals using positive, science based training. Sessions are available in your home, at our training facility, or out in the community.

3 Session Recall Program
Give your dog the freedom to explore with a reliable recall. This 3 session program focuses on building a strong response to their name, creating value for coming when called, long line handling, engagement, and working around real world distractions. Using positive, science based training, we'll help you build a recall you can trust in everyday situations. Sessions are available in your home, at our training facility, or out in the community.

Reactivity Training Program
Having a reactive dog can make everyday life difficult. Walks become stressful, you may avoid certain places or times of day, and it can feel frustrating when you're not sure how to help your dog.
Every reactivity program begins with an evaluation to determine what type of reactivity your dog is experiencing and what is causing it. Reactivity can stem from fear, frustration, overexcitement, lack of confidence, pain, genetics, past experiences, or a combination of factors. Understanding the why allows us to get to the root of the problem and create the right training plan for your dog.
From there, we'll focus on building confidence, improving engagement, teaching your dog how to work through their triggers, and giving you the skills to handle real life situations with confidence.

Behaviour Modification Program
Whether you're dealing with jumping, barking, nipping, chewing, potty training, counter surfing, door manners, or anything in between, this program is designed to help. We'll identify why the behaviour is happening, create a realistic training plan, and give you the tools to build better habits at home.

Mind n' Manners Puppy Class (10 to 22 Weeks)
Everything you need to know about raising a puppy in one fun and supportive class! Over 5 weeks, we'll cover socialization, confidence building, potty training, nipping, chewing, jumping, crate training, handling, basic obedience, loose leash walking, coming when called, impulse control, and setting healthy routines. You'll leave with the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate puppyhood and build a strong foundation for life.
Mind n' Manners Obedience Class (6 Months and Up)
Build a well mannered companion in a fun and supportive group setting. This 5 week class focuses on obedience, loose leash walking, engagement, impulse control, polite greetings, and working confidently around other dogs and everyday distractions. Perfect for dogs starting from the basics or those looking to strengthen their existing skills while learning in a group environment.

Intro to Scent
Discover the exciting world of scent detection! This beginner course teaches you and your dog the foundations of scent work using birch odour. You'll learn how to read your dog's body language, build search confidence, and develop the skills needed to begin searching with purpose. No previous experience required.
Novice Scent Dog
Take your scent work to the next level by introducing anise alongside birch. This course builds on your foundation while introducing more challenging searches, improved handling skills, and increased search complexity. Perfect for teams looking to prepare for novice level trials or continue developing their detection skills.
Intermediate Scent Dog
Expand your dog's scent detection abilities with the addition of cypress odour. You'll work through more advanced search scenarios, improve handling and timing, and build confidence across interior, exterior, container, and vehicle searches while preparing for intermediate level competition.
Advanced Scent Dog
Designed for experienced scent teams looking to refine their skills and tackle advanced search challenges. This course focuses on problem solving, inaccessible hides, multiple hides, complex environments, and preparing teams for advanced level scent trials with confidence and precision.

Tricks n' Training Drop In
Looking for something fun to do with your dog? Join our drop in trick class led by a Certified Trick Dog Instructor. Each class includes new tricks, interactive games, and fun training challenges that build confidence, strengthen your bond, and keep your dog mentally engaged. It's a great way to get out of the house, have fun with your pup, and learn something new together. Suitable for all skill levels.

Puppy Play Time Drop In
Give your puppy a safe place to play, learn, and explore! Designed for puppies 10 to 22 weeks of age, this drop in class allows puppies to play at their own pace. We'll focus on positive socialization, confidence building, exposure to new sights and sounds, and practicing calm behaviours. It's also a great opportunity to ask training questions and connect with other puppy owners while giving your puppy the best start possible.

Keep your dog's nose sharp with our Scent Practice Drop In! Perfect for teams currently training in scent work, these sessions give you the opportunity to practice searches in a variety of setups and environments. Build confidence, improve handling skills, and continue developing your dog's scent detection abilities in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
